How often does the Planta subscription box ship?
The Planta Subscription box ships on a monthly frequency. All boxes are shipped after your monthly payments on the 5th of each month.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Of course, you’re under no obligation or contract with the Planta Subscription, cancel anytime.
I purchased a Planta Surprise box, can I exchange the products?
All Planta surprise boxes are final sale, we can not accept exchanges or refunds on the contents inside.
Where's my order?
Once your order ships, you can easily track and manager your order and delivery by going to Order Tracking.
Returns/Exhanges
How it works
Order the wrong size or color? No problem. We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on theplanta.com for return or exchange. The item(s) you are exchanging must be mailed back within 7 days or your exchange order will be cancelled.
Can I exchange my purchase?
Exchanging & returning a product is easy. After your order is delivered, you have 3 business days to notify us of your exchange request. Simply, contact us at info@theplanta.com with your order number and inform us of your exchange.
Once we receive your product back, we can apply either a store credit through the Planta eGift Card or refund at that time to the original payment method.
Please note that merchandise that has been worn will not be accepted for a return or exchange.
Can I return Jewelry?
Please be aware that jewelry items cannot be returned or exchanged. All accessory items are FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
